Denne personvernserklæringen handler om hvordan PDS Gruppen samler inn og behandler personopplysninger i vårt daglige virke BEHANDLINGSANSVARLIGE Ansatte i PDS Gruppen vil ha tilgang til informasjonen som blir samlet på nettsiden, og tilbakemeldinger fra deg, avhengig av hvilken informasjon det er snakk om. Eksempelvis vil rekrutteringsansvarlige og HR leder få tilgang til informasjon som har blitt registrert for å komme i kontakt med deg. HR-leder og Økonomiansvarlig vil få tilgang til informasjon som er nødvendig for administrering av ansettelsesavtale og lønn. BEHANDLINGSGRUNNLAG Vårt behandlingsgrunnlag av informasjon i våre systemer er samtykkebasert, det vil si at alle som behandles av oss til konkrete oppdrag og ansettelse har gitt sitt samtykke til det. Før vi har fått et samtykke til behandling vil vi finne kandidater som vi tror at har en interesse av å bli vurdert for oppdraget, og dermed be om aksept for å videre behandle deres data. DELING AV PERSONOPPLYSNINGER De personopplysninger du gir oss kan i samsvar med ditt samtykke videreformidles til andre juridiske enheter knyttet til PDS Gruppen, til våre kunder og leverandører, samt der slik deling er nødvendig som følge av offentlige krav. This means that everyone treated by us for specific assignments and employment has given their consent. Before we receive a consent for treatment, we will find candidates who we believe have an interest in being considered for the assignment, thus requesting acceptance to further process their data. SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION The personal data you provide us may, in accordance with your consent, be disclosed to other legal entities associated with the PDS Group, to our customers and suppliers, and where such sharing is required because of public requirements. Your personal information may be sent out of Norway, also to countries that do not have the same comprehensive privacy data protection as in accordance with your consent and of the Personal Information Act §30. In each case, we ensure that all transferred information is protected in an appropriate manner. ACCESS, CORRECTION AND DELETATION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION When registering with the PDS Group, you provide a consent that is valid until you withdraw this consent.
