Work Task:

Coordination of meetings and visitors

Call for safety courses, overview of Equinor personnel on site

PPE room. Keep it tidy, hold overview, order necessary

Point of contact towards the company, re. offices/caretaker

Order catering for meetings, fruit etc.

Experience:

3-5 years’ experience from similar type of work

Structured, cooperative, accurate and systematic

General good IT skills

Must master Norwegian and English

 

 

Education:

Upper secondary school or equivalent (long work experience from similar employment may compensate for lacking education).
